What happens if the same problem occurs after you've fixed it?
If the same issue recurs within our 90-day service guarantee period, we'll return promptly to diagnose and resolve the problem at no additional charge. This includes both the service call and any labor needed to address the recurring issue. We take pride in getting repairs right the first time, but we understand that occasionally, complex problems may resurface.
Our warranty commitment means you can have confidence in our repairs. If a different, unrelated issue arises with your appliance, that would require a new service call, but any problem directly related to our original repair work is fully covered under our service guarantee.
